Stress Regulation

I work with individuals, many who have worked in high-stress professions, offering sessions to help regulate stress and build resilience. 


I incorporate a variety of somatic and body based techniques, to help you understand your nervous system and physiology, and teach you tools to help deactivate the stress and build resilience. 

I also bring in emotion focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness tools, as appropriate, to process your experiences and come up with ways to resource yourself, and take action to move toward goals in your life.

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and use this as my main model to work with stress regulation.
